This application form enables the applicant to register with SNB Realty (Real Estate Consultancy Service). These services are designed to enable the applicant to find buyers/ Tenants/for His/her property. There are 2 options for registering your property. Please go through both the options and then choose the one, which you feel, is best for for you.
Terms and Conditions
Please fill in the form as indicated below to enable us to register your property. Upon submission of the form to our relationship manager, your property will be registered in our database. our relationship managers will than work for your property in finding a suitable client for your property.
General Terms
1. SNB Realty will be entitled to a commission of 2% from your side at the finally decided price plus taxes if any for any deal with-in the price range of 1 cr and 1% commission from your side for any deal with a final price of more then 1 cr.
2. Our fee shall have to be paid in two tranches, a) 50% at the time of booking/token and remaining 50% upon the execution of the Registered sale deed or possession having been given by you to the buyer, which ever is earlier.
3. SNB Realty will be entitled for an amount equivalent to 1 month rent + applicable GST as fees in rental deal, if the agreement period is less than 3 years.
4. SNB Realty will be entitled for an amount equivalent to 2 month rent + applicable service tax/GST as fees in rental deal, if the agreement is for a period of more then 3 years.
5. Please note that under no circumstances will the fees once paid to us will be refunded back.
6. By filling up this form you are authorizing us to represent your property or project to our clients on your behalf. Also you are allowing us to market your property or project on our website, different online websiteand other platforms, as well as in property shows, property exhibition and print media. 7. In case the registered property is sold directly to our client, in the absence of our RM/Employee, still you would be liable to pay our success fees with applicable GST
